Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-5 business days. Standard shipping is 3 day tracked USPS shipping. Bella Baby and Co is not responsible for any lost USPS packages, or delayed shipping times. Please add Route Protection to your purchase to ensure your package is covered in case of loss or damage. 

We want you to be happy with your Bella purchase. If for any reason you are not, please email returns@bellababyandco.com within 7 days of receiving your bows. Please include your order number along with the item/items that you would like to return. 

Full refunds are given if the return is started within 7 days of receipt, and store credit is issued if it's after 8 days, but within 30 days. Regular priced bows must be unused to receive a refund/store credit. Unfortunately, after 30 days we no longer accept returns

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All sale items and Gift Card purchases are final sale. 

We are happy to issue store credit for the return of gift items. Proof of purchase is required. If you do not have a receipt or an order number, please provide the first and last name of the purchaser along with their email address.
